Remote support services our now been offered to clients where possible.Minimum requirements needed for service:

• Client must have ADSL1 OR ADSL2/ADSL2+ service working.

• Telephone nearby so we can advise you while using personal computer.

• Windows XP / Windows Vista / Windows 7

• at least 1 gig of ram and greater than Intel Pentium 3 ghz CPU
